In-person Steam Sessions
Details:
For your in person steam session, once I have received your filled out intake form, I will use that to give me the basis of your current feminine health state and I will curate a steam plan and herbal blend for your individual needs. During your appointment we will go over what your body is communicating to you through your menstrual cycle and go about your consultation before the actual peristeaming takes place. If you wish for complete privacy during the session, I will get your setup ready and be in the other room until the steam time is up. If you would prefer if more “red tent” style, I am happy to be in the room and hold space for your experience or discuss any other thoughts or concerns you have about your feminine wellness journey,
I give you a warming and nourishing beverage to enjoy during your time steaming, and either prior, during, or post steam time: your pick of a scalp or hand massage with my herbal infused Moonstone & Matrix massage oil.
Sessions run from 45 minutes-1.5 hours depending on how much chatting we get to and your personalized steam plan.
$100 per session. $40 deposit required to book, remaining $60 due at appointment, can be paid in cash or via Venmo or Zelle.

Upon receiving your appointment I will send you a confirmation along with an intake form & consultation agreement, and you will have the opportunity to send me any information you wish I know prior to our consultation.
You will receive a second confirmation via email or text (based on your preference) 48 hours before our scheduled appointment to allow you to reschedule or cancel in case of illness or personal matters that would cause you to miss your call. I do not give refunds for cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is always possible.
If you live in the surrounding areas of Las Vegas, NV (Boulder City, Pahrump, Sandy Valley, Cold Creek, Overton or Moapa) there may be an additional fee for Gas.
Guided Steam Circles
Guided Steam Circles are my way of facilitating women supporting and holding space for other women no matter what season they’re in, and where on their journey with their feminine health they may find themselves. It’s a wonderful way to bring sisters, friends, mothers, cousins, grandmothers, neighbors together and witness the beauty of the sacred women’s circle, while also learning about the benefits and effects of pelvic steaming.
Guided Steam Circles vary in price based off of the needs and desires of my clients. Typically there is a $200 price to cover the basics of planning and facilitating the steam circle, and then a $20 fee per person who plans to steam. Customizations such as food spreads, flowers, ceremonial accents can be added in and will vary in price based on grandeur and time allowances. Steam Sauna Rentals
Don’t have a good steam setup but wanna try regular steaming?
Or maybe you’re expecting a baby soon and you’d like to have a steam sauna on hand for birth prep and/or postpartum use? I got you!
Our steam saunas are collapsible, easy to assemble, and safe to use for users of all shapes and sizes. They are handmade of Birchwood, will include a tote for transportability and are disinfected and oiled before and after every steam user.
If you choose to rent a Steam sauna, there is a 20% discount off your first steam session with me!
Rates*
Weekly (7 days) rental price ~ $50
Monthly (30 days) rental price ~ $150
Birth Prep & Postpartum Package (weeks 37 gestation-4 weeks Postpartum) - $250
*you will be required to sign a rental agreement for replacement value in the event our steam saunas are broken beyond repair, or misplaced. Minor Damages may include a fee but will vary depending on severity and will be outlined in the rental agreement.
